A domain to find out more about viticulture
Vignoble Vincent invites you to an entertaining and sociable discovery of its domain and the whole production chain of its wine, from the vine to the bottle. You will discover the grape variety, the sustainable production that is respectful of our soil, techniques used in the cellar as well as the Charentais alembic and the ageing cellar.
This guided tour lasting 2 hours is organised every thrusday at 5:30 pm from July 1st to September 15th. It includes:
– the visit of the vine, cellar and ageing cellar, distillery,
– a free tasting session of our wines and liqueurs
The Visit of the Vine
A visit of Vignoble Vincent is proposed to find out everything about the wine growing trade, grape variety, the island’s soil, the rearing of the vine and the sustainable production. Wine making vats in oak barrels
Visit of the winemaking cellar
Visit the domain with its winemaking cellar to understand the steps necessary to produce wine: from harvest to pressing, fermentation and maceration…
Picnic amongst the vines
You are welcome to have a pic nic amongst the vines if you feel like it. Don’t forget to plan for a snack especially if you have planned a morning slot.
Visit the distillery
Distillation will hold no more secrets for you after you visit our distillery and our traditional alembic. Old and new techniques co-exist in order to obtain the best beverages.
Visit of the ageing cellar
You will find out about the ageing techniques used to preserve the aromas of our local wine, Pineaux and liqueurs.
Free tasting of our wines
We propose a free tasting session and a commented oenological discovery of our wines and liqueurs to educate your palate and find out everything about our crus.
