Alongside the traditional formulation of Cognac and Pineau, Vignoble Vincent develops new wines for social occasions with family and friends. The main objective is to propose quality fruity wines, refreshing and full of taste. For more than three years, our always evolving local wines have been awarded and recognised at the Regional Flavours Competition which rewards the quality and commitment of our work: To be savoured with a typical Oleron dish: the« Céteau Meunière » To be enjoyed with moules marinières To be savoured with a red berries cake To be consumed with a strawberry salad with lemon and mint To be savoured with Marennes d’Oléron oysters and other shellfish Rests in barrels for 5 months depending on its maturation To be enjoyed with duck breast fillets in a port sauce Basic soft Rosé with added grapefruit natural flavours We propose 10 liqueurs made from Cognac and flavoured with natural fruit extracts. The Cognac used is produced during the distillation in our Charentais alembic. Thanks to alcoholic fermentation, the fruit juice (grape and sugar only) transforms into wine (alcohol). The result creates flavoursome and tasty high quality liqueurs. Suggested flavours: almond – coffee – cherry – raspberry – blue mint – orange – green apple – vine peach – williams pear Our range of grape juices entails red and white, sparkling and still, with or without alcohol. At Vignoble Vincent, we stop fermentation with the use of cold and pasteurise to eliminate all trace of yeast.
